At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear purchase and offer a streamlined return process for store credit or refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all gowns remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your dress in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the garment for any signs of wear or damage, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
